Gokhan Ozuner,M.D.,听is a board-certified, fellowship trained Colorectal surgeon who has recently joined Arnold Health group. 听Dr. Ozuner听is fluent in both German and Turkish,听and can act as a great resource for these patients in our communities.听He utilizes听a host of advanced technologies to perform traditional and minimally invasive surgeries. 听Dr. Ozuner, along with his entire care team strives听to provide not only the best surgical care, but also a great听patient experience so patients and their听families听can feel comfortable and confident听from their first听appointment through postoperative care.听
Prior to joining 51乱伦,听Dr. Ozuner听served as Chief of Colon and Rectal surgery at New York Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, Hackensack Medical Center听and previously was staff at the Cleveland Clinic for many years. 听Dr. Ozuner听is actively involved in the American Society of Colorectal Surgeons and in local Colorectal and General Surgical societies and served in various capacities in the societies. Currently he is an executive council member of the New York Society of Colorectal听Surgeons.听He has prepared board questions for the American Board of Colon and Rectal Surgery and served as an NIH investigator听and has participated in several trials and projects sponsored by NIH. 听He has over 60 publications in peer reviewed journals and is on the editorial board of several journals听as well. He has been chosen the听top surgeon in Cleveland and New York by Castle Connolly听for many years.听
