Please Note:Ìý For prescription renewals, message your provider directly in MyChart. If you need a refill, or if you are unsure if you have refills remaining, please contact your pharmacy and they will communicate with the provider office.

Here's what you can expect to see in MyChart:
- Upcoming appointmentsÌýfor surgeries, procedures, imaging, infusion, and clinic visits.
- Lab and imaging reportsÌýfrom the past 3 years completed at 51ÂÒÂ× and Cayuga Health facilities
- Past visit detailsÌýfrom the last 3 years, including provider names and visit dates.
- Certain open ordersÌýwritten on or after March 22, 2025, such as referrals and procedures
Some information, such as your medication list, allergies, and immunizations, will become available in MyChart after review by your care team—this will be completed no later than your next visit.
